3 3 3 GENERIC TOSS IF YOU'RE LIKE ME YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR THE SIDE DISHES ON THE THANKSGIVING TABLE.

WE HAVE CHEF EVELYN WITH RALEY'S AND WHAT IS GREAT IF YOU GIVE US THIS GREAT BASE, AND THEN YOU JAZZ IT UP TO MAKING YOUR OWN.

YES.

LET'S START OUT WITH THE TWO POPULAR ITEMS, MASHED POTATOES AND STUFFING.

THIS FIRST ONE, THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVORITES.

ADD THE SAUTIED MUSHROOMS, WALNUTS, AND DRIED APRICOTS.

DON'T TELL PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY WILL LIKE IT AND THEN ASK YOU ABOUT IT AFTERWARD.

THIS FRUIT GIVES IT A LITTLE BIT MORE SWEETNESS WITH THE APPLES AND DRIED CRANBERRIES.

AND A QUARTER CUP OF MAPLE SYRUP STIRRED OVER IT AND THEN STIR IT UP.

I WILL TAKE ALL OF THESE.

WE HAVE THREE SO IN HERE -- CHORIZO, AND CHILI PEPPERS ARE SWEET OR SPICE, AND TOMATOES OBVIOUSLY.

HAVE REGULAR MASHED POTATOES AND ADD THE CHEESE, STURDY AND, AND THIS ELEVATES IT.

A MUCH MORE ELEGANT DISH THAT IS SIMPLE AND EASY.

> I PUT DRIED AGED GOUDA CHEESE AND THIS, AND THEN I CARAMELIZED THE SHALLOTS.

WE SAUTIED THE SHALLOTS SLOW.

AND THAT IS THE ONIONS, AND YOU LET IT KEEP GOING.

YOU CAN DO IT NICE AND SLOW TO CARAMELIZED.

> THIS LAST ONE IS RED POTATOES, UNPEELED, BOILED AND MASHED.

BUT WE PUT IN HALF OF THIS AS CAULIFLOWER, USED A NET AND BLENDED IN.

AND YOU WILL NOT EVEN KNOW WHEN YOU CAN GET THE KIDS TO EAT.

AND IT WILL LIGHTEN UP THE MEAL.

> THIS IS WHAT THE PEOPLE CAN ORDER AHEAD OF TIME, AND YOU COOKED THE DAY OF, AND BETTER TO ORDER WAY AHEAD.

DEFINITELY BETTER ORDER AHEAD.

AND YOU DON'T WANT YOUR FAVORITES TO BE SOLD OUT.

ALL OF THE SIDE DISHES, COMING WITH A CHOICE OF THREE, THE STUFFING, MASHED POTATOES, POPULAR WITH THE HERB BUTTER, AND IT WE HAVE THE BABY BROCCOLI.

WE HAVE SCALLOPED POTATOES, AND OF COURSE, THE SWEET POTATOES, CANDY.

AND THEN WE HAVE GREEN BEANS TO FINISH THIS UP.

STICK AROUND AND WE WILL TALK ABOUT THE TURKEY AND HAM COMING UP, AND A LOT MORE GOOD DAY STRAIGHT AHEAD, SO STICK AROUND.
