HURRICANE OTTO IS NEAR THE COAST OF NICARAGUA.

IT WILL AFFECT SOUTHERN NICARAGUA AND NORTHERN COSTA RICA AS A HURRICANE LATER TODAY.

IT WILL BRING HEAVY RAIN TO THAT REGION ALONG WITH DAMAGING WINDS NEAR THE COAST.
